Processing Time and Tracking:
The processing time for all products is 3 to 5 days.
Once your order is ready, we will send you another email with tracking information once your order has been shipped from our warehouse.
We appreciate your patience and ask you to keep an eye on your inbox.
Shipping Packaging:
For logistical reasons, some items in the same order may be shipped in separate packages.
Shipping Times (once the order is processed):
Domestic Shipping: 3 - 5 business days
Skip the Line Shipping: Priority shipping that is carried out the same day of the order (as long as it is placed before 3:00 PM) and has an additional cost on shipping, only operates in major cities.
Refund and Replacement Policies
If you received a damaged or defective item, we replace the item at no additional cost for your peace of mind. Contact us within 48 hours of receiving yours.
We can only offer you replacements at no additional cost if you meet the following criteria:
- Items are defective: damaged / broken or dirty upon arrival.
- Packages that are lost in transit.
Note: ACEKING will not be responsible for any product lost due to incorrect address.
Please make sure that all the information you have provided is correct before placing your order to avoid losses in shipping or other mishaps.
Cancellations and Withdrawal
You can request a cancellation within 24 hours after purchase. In any case, you can cancel at no cost as long as the order has not been dispatched. Otherwise, the order will be processed as a withdrawal.
If shipping has already been made, the withdrawal will operate.
If once you have received the product you wish to exchange or withdraw, you can do so as long as you comply with the following:
VALIDITY: This procedure can only be carried out during the first 5 business days following receipt of the package.
CONDITION: It is essential to guarantee the integrity of the product; the exchange or withdrawal process can only be initiated when the products show no traces of having been used, have intact labels, are in an impeccable state of cleanliness and the box and accessories are in perfect condition.
FREIGHT: The costs of freight and insurance will be borne by the customer and the packaging must guarantee that the product is received in perfect condition. It will be the buyer's responsibility to take the pertinent measures so that the product, including its box, does not suffer deterioration in transport.

Make sure your email is correct when placing your order. Please kindly check your SPAM folder to see if your confirmation email was sent there.
