Return Policy
If you received an item that is damaged or defective, we replace the item at no additional cost to you. You must contact us immediately through our support channel soporte@aceking.store sending photographic evidence within 48 hours after receiving your product.
We can only offer you replacements at no additional cost if you meet the following criteria:
- Damaged / broken or dirty upon arrival.
- Packages that are lost in transit. We will carry out the corresponding management with the carrier and send a new product to the customer at no additional charge except when an incorrect address is provided by the customer.
Note: ACEKING will not be responsible for orders routed or addressed incorrectly by the buyer. In any case, we deploy our management for the timely correction of the address once we are notified of the issue.
Make sure that all the information you have provided is correct before submitting your order to avoid losses in shipping.
Customers are advised to carefully enter the correct addresses, otherwise the package will not be delivered.

Withdrawal Policy
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made within 24 hours following the time of placing the order and in any case as long as it has not been delivered to the carrier. For cancellation you must send us an email to soporte@aceking.store
If it has been delivered to the courier, it will operate as a WITHDRAWAL from the purchase and the buyer will assume the shipping and return costs.
Send us an email to soporte@aceking.store within 5 days following receipt of the product explicitly indicating that you want to exercise the Right of Withdrawal. You must indicate the account number to which you want the transfer to be made if the payment was made on delivery. If it was made through electronic channel, the refund is made to the same account in which the purchase was made.
The customer must send us or leave the product according to the instructions established for the collection of the product. The product must be delivered in the same conditions in which it was delivered to the customer. In no case should it have signs of improper use, packaging damage or any other situation that diminishes its value.
Once we have received the product and verified that the product is in perfect condition, we will proceed to process your refund which will be made within a maximum period of 8 business days.
For the purposes of the right of withdrawal, the shipping and return costs of the product are set at $17
The ACEKING store reserves the right to reject any replacement and refund if it does not meet the above refund criteria.
Once the refund is made, we will send support to the email provided.
If you have not yet received a refund, check your bank and account statement again and contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you have done all this and still have not received your refund, contact soporte@aceking.store

Warranty Policy
The warranty term of the product is explicitly indicated on the product description page.
If you wish to apply for a product warranty, you must immediately contact our only warranty service channel email soporte@aceking.store where you must describe the failure or malfunction of the product and attach photographic and video evidence.
The warranty only operates for factory defects. The warranty does not operate for misuse of products, drops, breakage or damage attributable to a third party.
The warranty at no time gives rise to the right of withdrawal from the purchase outside the term established by Law.
Acceptance of the product for review does not in itself imply acceptance of the warranty.
In the warranty, the product is reviewed to determine the cause of the damage. If the damage is due to a factory defect, the product will be repaired at one of our authorized service centers.
At the discretion of aceking.store, we will choose between repair or replacement of the defective product.
Once the product has been replaced 2 times and the problem persists, an agreement can be reached with the buyer that involves a refund of the product.
